Program Requirements & Application Process
We seek highly motivated individuals who have demonstrated a strong trajectory of professional growth and an eagerness to learn.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 2 years of significant professional work experience (e.g., 2-5 years) in roles of increasing responsibility.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and/or experience managing teams or projects.
- Proficiency in English (all instruction and materials are in English).
- Crucially, no GMAT or GRE entrance exams, or bachelor’s degree is required. We evaluate candidates holistically based on their proven professional achievements, leadership trajectory, and our own potential to contribute to the program’s learning environment.
- Executive Assessment (EA) is a standardized test designed for experienced professionals applying to Executive MBA programs. It serves as an alternative to the GMAT or GRE, specifically tailored to assess the skills and readiness of individuals with significant work experience for graduate-level business studies. The EA focuses on evaluating skills relevant to both professional and academic settings, including reasoning, critical thinking, and problem solving.
- It requires no test prep services, or appointments. Test scores are weighed along with other applicant qualifications.
Application Steps:
- Online Application Form & Fee Payment: Complete our brief online evaluation form, and pay $490 certification & enrollment fee. *
- Current Resume/CV: Submit an up-to-date resume or curriculum vitae highlighting your work history, responsibilities, and key achievements.
- Statement of Purpose (Brief): In approximately 250-500 words, describe your motivation for applying to the MBAe™ program, what you hope to gain, and how your professional experience prepares you for this intensive learning experience.
- Online Executive Assessment (EA) completion: A brief assessment review to evaluate your progress to complete the certification requirements.
* Courses are paid for separately at the various accredited university college programs. We often recommend these college courses which are provided free or as low cost massive open online course formats. Typically the college only charges a fee of about $80 per course to document course completion and provide completion certificates that can be verified and placed on your LinkedIn profile. We do not charge any other fees except an annual renewal certification fee of $195 after the first year.
