Some call it work experience, but we prefer to call it “Competency Based Education”. Our MBA’s call it the best way to learn!
The MBA Standards Board is revolutionizing business education by offering a unique, competency-based approach to MBA certification. Our model focuses on verifying relevant skills and knowledge rather than merely counting time spent in a classroom, ensuring that our certified MBAs are prepared to tackle real-world business challenges.
In our competency-based certification program, professionals earn credit units by demonstrating their mastery of key business concepts and skills through rigorous assessments. This approach allows individuals to leverage their existing expertise and experience, accelerating their progress towards certification. Whether you’ve gained your knowledge through work experience, previous education, or self-study, our program recognizes and rewards your competencies.
By focusing on skills and learning outcomes, we empower professionals to showcase their capabilities to employers, using their demonstrated competencies as currency in the job market. Our certification process is designed to be flexible and adaptable, enabling learners to progress at their own pace while maintaining the highest standards of academic rigor.
At the MBA Standards Board, we are committed to fostering a skills-based ecosystem that connects professionals and employers through a common language of verified competencies. By aligning our certification with the needs of the modern business world, we are helping to bridge the gap between education and employment, ensuring that our certified MBAs are equipped with the skills that matter most.
As part of our mission to drive the future of skills-based education, we actively collaborate with the broader Open Skills Network (OSN) community. By contributing to this innovative movement, we aim to create a more transparent, efficient, and effective system for recognizing and rewarding professional competencies across industries.
With our competency-based MBA certification, you can unlock your full potential and differentiate yourself in a competitive business landscape. Join the ranks of our certified MBAs and gain the recognition you deserve for your hard-earned skills and knowledge.
Once enrolled in our MBA Certification Program, each enrollee is assigned a MBA advisor that will document your work credits as fairly and liberally as possible. They will also provide many options for you to choose from in providing you recommendations of accredited affordable online college courses to complete the remainder of your MBA curriculum.
